Alexis Coffman

Founder & CEO | Licensed Realtor

One of the first lessons Alexis learned about a home came from her grandmother: "A place for everything and everything in its place." Combined with growing up in a family rooted in real estate, building, and design, it shaped the way she approached every space—with equal appreciation for thoughtful interiors, purposeful function, and the people who call it home.

That perspective naturally followed her into her career as a licensed Realtor, where she found herself doing far more than helping clients buy and sell homes. She was preparing homes for market, guiding design decisions, unpacking after a move, and creating spaces where families could truly settle in. Realizing there was an opportunity to reimagine the home experience, Alexis founded Arranged by Alexis to bring real estate, organization, design, and home setup together under one elevated, full-service experience.

Today, Alexis leads every project with a refined eye for design, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating homes that feel welcoming, effortless, and deeply personal. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she believes the smallest details often make the greatest difference, and considers it a privilege to help clients create spaces they'll enjoy for years to come.

When she’s not leading her businesses, Alexis is usually hosting friends, spending time with family, or dreaming up her next home project.

Tara Frayaldenhoven

For Tara, creating an organized home begins with understanding the people who live in it. With a background in retail and pharmaceutical sales, she spent years building meaningful relationships, listening closely, and helping others find solutions tailored to their needs. Today, she brings that same caring, people-first approach to every Arranged by Alexis project.

Known for her incredible folding skills and meticulous attention to detail, Tara has a natural ability to create spaces that feel intuitive and easy to maintain. She especially enjoys organizing kitchens, where thoughtful layouts and well-planned systems help simplify everyday life and make time spent at home more enjoyable.

Tara believes the best organizing solutions are the ones that fit so naturally into a family's life they simply become second nature. She takes the time to understand how each client lives, creating personalized spaces that continue serving them long after the project is complete.

Outside of Arranged by Alexis, you'll find Tara walking, gardening, shopping, or spending time with her husband of 23 years and their two daughters.

As a licensed interior designer and former owner of her own design firm, she has spent years helping clients create spaces that reflect the people who live in them while feeling warm, inviting, and timeless.

As a mom of five, Jenny understands that the most successful homes are designed for real life. Her experience gives her a unique perspective on creating spaces that balance thoughtful design with everyday practicality. Whether she's organizing a family home or adding the finishing touches through styling, she has a natural gift for seeing the potential in every space.

With her signature Southern charm and refined eye for design, Jenny brings creativity, warmth, and genuine care to every project. She loves helping clients create homes that feel welcoming from the moment they walk through the door.

  • Project timelines vary depending on the size of the space and scope of the project. Smaller spaces such as pantries or closets may take a single day, while larger or multi-space projects may take several days. Whole-home organization or move-in projects can span multiple phases.

  • Many clients choose to be present for portions of the project, particularly during the editing phase when we review items together. However, once a plan is established, our team can often complete much of the work independently, allowing you to return to a beautifully organized space.

  • Absolutely! We frequently collaborate with interior designers, builders, and real estate professionals to help ensure homes are both beautifully designed and highly functional. Our work is often incorporated into new construction, renovations, and move-in transitions.

  • Every project is thoughtfully tailored to your home, your goals, and the complexity and needs of your project, so investment is customized accordingly.

    Following your consultation, you'll receive a detailed proposal outlining your project scope, timeline, and personalized investment.
